Yes. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree, which is PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Go to your Profile page and toggle on WhatsApp Notifications. Once enabled, you’ll receive booking confirmations and event updates via WhatsApp.
Yes, you need to create a Grab Scene account to book tickets. This lets us securely store your bookings and send you updates.
Refunds for cancelled or postponed events are handled according to the event organizer’s policy and our Terms & Conditions.
You can find the organizer’s contact details on the event page under the organizer details section at the bottom.

We accept all payment methods supported by Cashfree — including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets.
